Digital Products Policy

Licence, not sale

Digital downloads are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a digital file you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the file for your personal or, where the designer expressly permits, commercial use.

What you may not do

Unless the designer expressly grants additional rights, buyers may not:

• Resell the files.
• Redistribute the files in original or modified form.
• Share the files with other people, accounts or organisations.
• Upload the files to other marketplaces, file-sharing services or AI training datasets.

Compatibility

Compatibility with any specific printer, slicer, cutting machine, software or material is not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the designer. Buyers should review the listing details before purchase.

Refunds

See the Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy. Digital files are non-refundable after a successful download, except where required by law.
