• Profile data — bio, capabilities, photos, shop details, location and service area for makers and designers.
• Payment data — handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card details.
• Order & job data — uploaded files, quotes, messages, shipping addresses, order history.
• Messaging data — content of messages exchanged on the platform.
• Analytics data — device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referrer and interaction events.
• Cookies — to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage.

How we use it

• Operate, secure and improve the marketplace.
• Facilitate payments, payouts and tax reporting.
• Send transactional, account and order-related communications.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and breaches of these Terms.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Disclosure

We disclose personal information only to:

• Service providers (e.g. Stripe, email, hosting, analytics) bound by confidentiality.
• Other users to the extent required to complete a transaction (e.g. shipping address shared with maker).
• Law-enforcement, regulators or courts where legally required.

We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and dispute-resolution obligations.

Your rights

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion, subject to our legal-retention obligations.
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS in transit, encrypted storage and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
