Terms of Service

1. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to register an account.
• You must be located in Australia. Printit4Me services Australia only.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Multiple or duplicate accounts may be suspended at our discretion.

2. Marketplace Usage

Printit4Me is an online marketplace connecting customers with independent makers and designers.

Customer obligations

• Provide accurate job, file and shipping information.
• Pay for accepted quotes and completed orders through the platform.
• Use products in accordance with the maker's instructions and applicable law.

Maker obligations

• Describe products and capabilities accurately.
• Honour accepted quotes, ship on time and provide reasonable post-sale support.
• Comply with Australian Consumer Law and all other applicable laws.

Designer obligations

• Only upload files you own or are authorised to license.
• Accurately describe formats, dimensions and intended use.
• Respond to legitimate buyer questions and IP complaints promptly.

3. Platform Rights

Printit4Me may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
• Remove content that is unlawful, infringing, unsafe, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable.
• Apply fraud prevention, risk monitoring and chargeback management measures, including holding funds pending investigation.
• Refuse, cancel or reverse transactions where required.

4. Fees

• Printit4Me retains a commission on sales facilitated through the platform. Current commission rates are displayed in your maker or designer dashboard.
• Payment processing fees charged by our payment partners may be passed through to makers, designers or customers.
• We may change fees on reasonable notice. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

5. Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may terminate or suspend your account for breach, fraud, risk reasons, or where required by law.
• Obligations that by their nature should survive termination — including payment, indemnity, intellectual property, liability limits and dispute resolution — will survive.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
