Marketplace Agreement
Printit4Me is a marketplace facilitator. We provide the technology and tools that allow independent makers and designers to transact with customers.
What Printit4Me is not
Printit4Me is not a:
- Manufacturer
- Supplier
- Retailer
- Distributor
- Importer
- Engineer
- Certifier
Printit4Me does not manufacture, design, engineer, test, certify, inspect, warehouse or ship products. We provide marketplace technology, payment-processing facilitation, messaging tools, order management tools, digital file delivery and dispute management assistance.
Direct contracts
When a transaction occurs through the platform, a contract is formed directly between:
- Customer ↔ Maker for physical goods, custom prints and printing services.
- Customer ↔ Designer for digital files, design services and licensing.
Printit4Me is not a party to those contracts. Makers and designers operate independently and are solely responsible for their products, services and business activities, including all warranties, statutory guarantees, taxes, insurance and regulatory obligations.
Payments
Printit4Me uses third-party payment providers to collect funds from customers and remit them to makers and designers, net of platform commission and processing fees. Printit4Me holds funds on a facilitation basis only.
Disputes
Printit4Me provides dispute-management assistance but is not the decision-maker for product quality, suitability or fitness for purpose. See our Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy.
